The present invention is to provide a circulating-type dispersing system (1) and method for uniformly, effectively, and repeatedly dispersing a large amount of a mixture, and to thereby obtain a processed mixture in a short time. The circulating-type dispersing system (1) for circulating and dispersing a slurry or liquid mixture comprises a device (3) for continuously the mixture, a first tank (4) connected to an outlet of the device (3) for continuously dispersing, a second tank (5) connected to an inlet of the device (3) for continuously dispersing, piping (6) that connects the device (3) for continuously dispersing, the first tank (4) and the second tank (5) in series and formed as a circle, and an adjusting valve (7) provided on the piping (6) between the first tank (4) and the second tank (5) for adjusting the levels of the mixture in the first and second tanks.
