The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or alleviating skin wrinkles containing honeybush (Cyclopia intermedia) extract or a fermented liquor thereof as an active ingredient, and, more specifically, the honeybush extract or fermented liquor thereof can be used to advantage in a composition for preventing or alleviating skin wrinkles since it has an outstanding effect in alleviating skin wrinkles by reducing the length and depth of skin wrinkles exacerbated by ultraviolet irradiation and the thickness of the epidermal layer and by suppressing collagen-tissue breakdown reactions.
