PURPOSE: A multifunctional dual roll blind with a roll screen is provided to improve customer satisfaction by enabling the selective shading of light. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional dual roll blind with a roll screen comprises a winding bar, a roll screen(240), and a twist prevention member(250). The winding bar is connected to a housing(210) through a rotary shaft. One end of the roll screen is fixed to the winding bar, and the other end is fixed to the housing. When the winding bar is rotated, the roll screen is wound or unwound. The twist prevention member maintains the wound or unwound state of the roll screen.
