<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an image quality of a designated area while suppressing radiation noise when printing an image arranged in the designated area by a sublimation printer. <P>SOLUTION: A driver IC 502 for increasing the speed of a transfer clock is indexed on the basis of coordinates of a printing area (designated area).
