<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw starch paste at low cost, in which the component is hardly separated, and has appropriate viscosity until being applied to an adherend. <P>SOLUTION: The raw starch paste includes raw precipitation and raw gluten that are wheat starch, in addition, trehalose, and the method of manufacturing the raw starch paste includes: a raw precipitation addition step A of adding the raw precipitation containing 40-50 wt.% of moisture to become 6.0-15.0 wt.%; a gluten addition step B of adding the raw gluten containing 40-50 wt.% of moisture to become 3.4-8.5 wt.%; and a trehalose addition step C of adding the trehalose to become 0.2-0.4 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
