According to one embodiment of the present invention, a device for measuring a location of an underwater vehicle includes a hull information generating unit which generates level information about a normal vector and a submerged depth of each region on a hull surface, a moving body information receiving unit which receives position and depth information of a moving body, and a location determining unit which determines, through the location of the moving body, a region wherein the position information of the moving body and normal vector information of the region of the hull surface coincide and depth information of the moving body and the level information of the region of the hull surface are the same.
