The apparatus has a heating device for heating a pre-consolidated fabric component (1) on which a plastic is injection molded. An injection mold (3) is provided, where a forming medium and transport medium are provided for transporting the fabric component into the heating device. The forming medium and transport medium has a gripper designed as a conformal gripper (17) or a vacuum gripper (7). An infrared radiator (2) is equipped in the heating device. The transport medium is designed as a conveyor belt (5), particularly adapted as a contour of a textile component. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a composite tubular component.
