PURPOSE: A prefabricated box for packaging heavy products in a board shape is provided to safely and firmly fix and package the heavy products in the box. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated box for packaging heavy products in a board shape comprises the following: a fork insertion groove(110) for inserting forks of a lift; a support angle(200) combined to the upper edge of a pallet, and protruded to the upward direction; left and right side walls(310) and front and rear side walls(330) detachably attached each edge of the support angle using a vertical connection angle(300); a heavy product fixing unit(400) combined to the upper side of the pallet for fixing the heavy products; a frame(410) including a horizontal member(411) and a longitudinal member(412); a lower convexo-concave member(420) combined to the upper side of the horizontal member; a fixing belt(430) connecting the end of the frame; and an upper convexo-concave member for fixing the heavy products, compressed by the fixing belt. |
