<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure which is installed in a veranda of an apartment house or the like to enable indoor/outdoor barrier-free design. <P>SOLUTION: A floor structure for an outdoor floor constructed via an indoor floor and a step comprises an upper floor panel 100 formed by aggregating a number of unit panels 1 on one plane and a lower floor panel 200 formed by aggregating a number of unit panels 2 on one plane. The lower floor panel is supported by lower raising legs 3 having a height adjustment function on an underfloor ground 30 forming the outdoor floor, and a continuous lower space S2 is formed with the lower raising legs between the lower floor panel and the underfloor ground. The upper floor panel is supported on the lower floor panel by upper raising legs 7, and a continuous upper space S1 is formed with the upper raising legs between the lower floor panel and the upper floor panel.
