<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanning laser distance sensor device which reliably detects a projecting portion thereof even if the reflectance of an object is low. <P>SOLUTION: A distance to a pallet is stored in a RAM 11 in advance. A vehicle enters a parking place and an entrance button 36 is pressed so that a control circuit 10 starts a scanning laser device to measure a distance to a reflective object. Comparison is made between a measurement result in the case of presence of the vehicle and the distance stored in the RAM 11, and if they are different, detection signals are output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
