The angled profile, to close off floor and wall coverings of a ceramic material, has a rectangular mounting leg (1) with openings (11) for fasteners, and a closing leg (2) which is widened inwards at its free end. The inner transit between the two legs forms a hollow fillet. At least the mounting leg is of a polymer material. The mounting and closing legs are locked together, at the bottom (3) of the closing leg, in a release fit in a ratchet bond or by clips. The closing and/or mounting legs have reinforcements (4).
