The molding tool has two tool sections (1,1') with molding surfaces, where multiple induction devices (2) are formed on one of the tool sections. The molding surface of the tool section is designed to be electrically insulating. The electrically insulating molding surfaces are designed for limiting a molding cavity. One or both the tool sections are made from an electrically insulating material, particular from wood or plastic. Multiple cooling units (3) are provided for the induction devices for cooling the molding surfaces of the tool sections. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating fiber reinforced plastic components made of fiber reinforced plastic.
