<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device where monochromatic light is transmitted through a liquid crystal layer and converted into white light having a plurality of wavelengths through upper photoconversion layer, to improve light transmittance of liquid crystal and reduce change in a screen color. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel includes: a first substrate; a liquid crystal layer formed on the first substrate to transmit monochromatic light; a photoconversion layer formed on the liquid crystal layer to convert the monochromatic light into white light; an RGB color filter layer formed on the photoconversion layer; and a second substrate disposed on the color filter layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
