An inner eccentric element (12) is provided with another central point and is arranged in the recess. The inner eccentric element is rotary connected with the drive shaft. The central point is arranged at a distance (r) from a rotational axis (3). Units are provided, with which the outer eccentric element is rotated relative to the inner eccentric element.
