<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle floor structure for improving joining strength of a resin upper panel and a lower panel. <P>SOLUTION: In a state of vertically overlapping the upper panel 30 and the lower panel 32, an upper surface 38A of a lower flange 38 of the lower panel 32 and a lower surface 50A of an upper flange 50 of the upper panel 30 are joined as a first joining part 36, and an end surface 38B of the lower flange 38 and an inner surface 58A of a suspending part 58 arranged in the upper flange 50 are joined as a second joining part 60. Thus, when relative displacement is caused in the vehicle vertical direction and the vehicle longitudinal direction between the upper panel 30 and the lower panel 32, an adhesive 52 receives a load in the vehicle longitudinal direction as a shearing load, and an adhesive 62 receives a load in the vehicle vertical direction as the shearing load. Thus, when a head-on collision load is input to a vehicle, the shearing load respectively acts on the adhesives 52 and 62. Thus, adhesive strength (the joining strength) of the upper panel 30 and the lower panel 32 can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
