PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute work by dry processing, and enhance reliability. SOLUTION: In a cross part in which a longitudinal joint E1 and a horizontal joint E2 are intersected like a cross between adjoined upper and lower, right and left panels P, the cross part is provided with a stuffing body 1 inserted in a top end part of the longitudinal joint E1 between downstairs wall panels P1, and a dripping plate piece 2 for covering the top end part of the longitudinal joint E1 by an upper piece 21 and wherein a vertical plate piece 22 is bent and attached on the surface of right and left wall panels P11, P12 of downstairs. In addition, the cross part is provided with an elastic block 3 which is fixed on the upper piece of the draining plate piece, and capable of respectively placing lower side end parts P2b of right and left wall panels P21, P22 of an upper floor on two arm parts 32 which are extended from both end of base part 31 facing an opening part O to the surface side S of wall panels as U-shape in a top view.
