PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a wide field of view in front of a user of a water closet by effectively utilizing space and also improve the appearance by forming the water closet with a projection having a rectangular flange at the rear diagonally to the corner. SOLUTION: A toilet room unit 1 comprises a water closet 4, a bathtub facility 9, a shower facility 10, a lavatory 11 and an air ventilating facility in a space above ceiling finish. The water closet 4 has a rectangular flange 8 projected out at the rear, is arranged diagonally at the corner 6 of a wall panel 13, piping 7 connected to the water closet 4 at a lower portion of the flange 8 is then connected to a low tank arranged above the ceiling panel. The low tank, however, may be placed in a space between a wall panel 13 and an outer peripheral wall 14. By doing this, the space of the toilet unit room 1 can be effectively utilized to secure a wide field of view and also the low tank can be placed at the rear side of the ceiling panel or the wall panel thereby arranging piping 7 at the lower side of the flange 8 of the water closet 4 for securing good appearance.
