PURPOSE: A device for a scalable application service and a method thereof are provided to simplify a service by transmitting the same data to every terminal. CONSTITUTION: A processor(230) generates an application request signal based on an application type inputted through an input unit(210). The processor executes an application included in an application reply signal. A transceiving unit(240) transmits an application request signal to a server.
