PURPOSE: An enteric coated formulation of benzimidazole derivative is provided, which has acid-stability and storage-stability, can be disintegrated and dissolved rapidly at absorption part; and can be prepared by using easier method by omission the stage of coating the water soluble endothelium layer. CONSTITUTION: An enteric coated formulation of benzimidazole derivative of formula 1 is prepared by: making core after mixing ion exchange resin compound; coating the core surface in pan with enteric coating agent having less than 30% of acidic group substituting ratio. The ion exchange resin compound is desirably anion exchange resin, and more desirably, cholestyramine resin or Dowex resin. The enteric coating agent is desirably hydroxymethylcellulose phthalate, and more desirably, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose phthalate having 20-27% of phthalic acid substituting ratio.
