PURPOSE: A carrier of volatile liquid is provided, which is excellent for holding liquid, can control volatility of liquid, and is used for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A carrier used for holder of aromatic materials comprises an inner carrier(1) made of pulp to keep liquid ingredient with volatility, slurry on the outside of the inner carrier(1) produced by mixing 10-50 wt% of porous carrier and 10-40 wt% of bond, and dissolving and dispersing in water, and a porous carrier(2) made by coating the slurry on the surface by common printing method or coating method and drying. To control the volatility of volatile liquid, the carrier composed of the inner carrier(1), slurry, the porous carrier(2) is immersed in liquid volatile and the carrier including volatile liquid is wrapped with semi-permeable wrapping paper.
