PURPOSE: An emulsion fuel burner with an instant air control device is provided to ignite LPG or LNG without failures as a damper of an air suction port returns to an opening direction when the LNG or LPG is injected. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion fuel burner with an instant air control device comprises a damper(53), a solenoid(47), a controller, and first and second springs. The damper is installed the air suction port of an air suction fan(23), and blocks the air suction port. The first spring and the solenoid are installed on one end of a chain(59). The solenoid pulls the damper to a closing direction by using the first spring. The controller supplies outdoor air to a gas jetting nozzle and an emulsion fuel jetting nozzle through the air suction fan. The damper returns to an opening direction by power of the first and second springs after rotating to the closing direction around a rotary shaft(55).
