PURPOSE: A virtual conversation providing system based on a recording information database is provided to implement various responses for a voice question by using a semantic analysis method, thereby processing various types of virtual conversations. CONSTITUTION: A recoding information database(110) in a management server(100) stores voice of a recorder in advance. A terminal(200) has an application program(210) connected to the management server. When question information of the voice is recognized in an active state of the application program, the terminal generates response information through semantic analysis for the question information.
