PURPOSE: A device for opening and closing a nozzle is provided to prevent slag from flowing into a mold by separating impurities phases in a molten steel. CONSTITUTION: A device for opening and closing a nozzle comprises a guide tube(200), an opening part, and a fixed body(300). The guide tube is installed in a tundish cover(22) and is connected to top and bottom. The opening part is guided by the guide tube and opens and closes an injection nozzle according to the level of a molten steel of the tundish. The fixed body is formed of a material which can be melted in the molten steel and is installed between the guide tube and the opening part to suppress floating of the opening part before being melted by the molten steel. The opening part is inserted into the guide tube and comprises an opening rod(110) for opening and closing the injection nozzle.
