PURPOSE: A steel plate manufacturing method is provided to improve the deep-drawability of a steel plate by reducing the amount of solute carbon and solute nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: A steel plate manufacturing method comprises the steps of: hot-rolling a slab at a temperature lower than the Ar3 temperature, cooling the hot-rolled product first at a cooling rate of 20°C/sec-50°C/sec, maintaining the cooled hot-rolled product in a temperature range of 720°C-650°C, cooling the hot-rolled product secondly at a cooling rate of 20°C/sec-50°C/sec, and rolling the cooled hot-rolled product into a coil in a temperature range of 500°C-300°C temperature range. |
