PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening and shutting a bucket for a hoist crane is provided to prevent trouble and damage of equipments due to additional power supply by lifting a cover mounted on a hook body of a hoist crane to a cylinder to cover an upper portion of a bucket. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for opening and shutting the bucket for the hoist crane includes a lifting part(20) and a release part(30). The lifting part has a supporting plate(22) for guiding rise and fall of a cover(5), a movable shaft(24) inserted into a hook body(4) and having a fixing hole(27) to be movable on an upper portion of the supporting plate, a wire(23) connected between the movable shaft and the cover, a falling cylinder(26) mounted inside the hook body for controlling the movement of the movable shaft, and a fixed cylinder(28) mounted at a side of the movable shaft for moving the movable shaft. The release part has a supporting section(31), a fixing rod(32) mounted elastically on the supporting section by a spring(33), and a release cylinder(36) for lifting the fixing rod.
