PURPOSE: Provided is a polymer mixing and feeding system to prevent solidification of polymer. A generator producing turbulent flow is installed to increase solubility of polymer. Also an ejector is installed for uniform dispersion of polymer. CONSTITUTION: The system consists of: a hopper(10) for storing polymer; a polymer supplier equipped with the hopper(10); the generator(14), for producing turbulent flow, equipped with the polymer supplier; an air/polymer supplying pipe(22) equipped with the generator(14); a pump(26) for supplying water for dissolving polymer; a pipe(28), equipped with the pump(26), for supplying water; the ejector(24) equipped with the air/polymer supplying pipe(22) and the water supplying pipe(28); and a solution tank(36) containing impeller.
