PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fitting precision of a shaft and to suppress the whirling of a rotor in a motor where a disk-like recording medium is rotated/driven. SOLUTION: A small diameter part 1b is arranged at the upper end part of a hole 1a in a motor hub 1 for force-fitting the shaft and the shaft 2 is force-fitted and fixed so that it abuts on the end face of the small diameter part 1b.
