SOLUTION: When changing keyboards 2, 4 and 6 or mice 3, 5 and 7 to validate input operation, a keyboard or mouse to newly become valid can be designated from the default keyboard or mouse to validate input operation in the initial state, the keyboard or mouse connectable to a personal computer 1 is detected and a keyboard or mouse to newly valid can be detected out of the detected keyboards or mice.
