PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of a choke coil by preventing the outer periphery of a core and coated wires led out from both end faces of a resin member from being damaged. SOLUTION: In this choke coil, recessed sections which become push-pins are provided between adjacent coated wires on the outer periphery of the core, and resin molding spaces are secured between the bottoms of the recessed sections and the outer periphery of the core. In addition, the coated wires led out from both end faces of the resin member are arranged at the center of the resin member and grooves are provided in all or nearly all the whole circumference of the resin member so that the core may be positioned to the center of the resin member.
