摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of biopolymer scaffolds is provided to enable to manufacture the biopolymer scaffolds without any additional processes by using the phase separation of the hydrophilic ionic liquid and the hydrophobic biopolymer scaffolds and to control the pore size upon the type of the ionic liquid. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of porous-structured biopolymer scaffolds comprises the first step of mixing a biodegradable polymer, hydrophilic ionic liquid and an organic solvent; the second step of manufacturing gel by evaporating the organic solvent from the mixture; and the third step of extracting hydrophilic ionic liquid from the gel using a protic solvent. The manufacturing method further comprises the step of drying the manufactured porous-structured biopolymer scaffolds. The porous structure is an open structure mutually connected in the form of sphere.
