PURPOSE: A composite organic/inorganic layer for an organic light emitting device is provided to prevent electrons from being separated in a direction of a hole transport layer by forming an electron blocking layer between a light emitting layer and a hole transport layer. CONSTITUTION: An anode(115) is formed on a substrate(110). A hole injection layer(120) and a hole transport layer(125) are formed on the anode. An electron blocking layer(130) and a hole blocking layer(140) are formed on the hole transport layer. An electron transport layer(145) and an electron injection layer(150) are formed on the hole blocking layer. A cathode(160) including a first conductive layer(162) and a second conductive layer(164) is formed on the electron injection layer.
