PURPOSE: An electric cart is provided to move with a simple operation by installing electric wheels on a bottom plate. CONSTITUTION: An electric cart is composed of wheel shafts(130), rolling wheels(140), a pair of fixing rods(150), a pair of shock absorbers(160), a pair of brackets(170), a rotator shaft(180), a housing(190), a wheel mounting groove, and a wheel member(210). The wheel shafts are coupled to the edge of a bottom plate(120). The rolling wheels are coupled to the wheel shafts. The fixing rods are formed on the bottom plate between the wheels. The shock absorbers are formed on the fixing rods to absorb impacts. The brackets are coupled to one side of the shock absorbers and have a coupling hole. The rotator shaft is coupled to the coupling hole of the brackets.
