WINDING DEVICE FOR PAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably wind paper on a spool while preventing a mechanical twisting phenomenon in a winding position. SOLUTION: A flexible coupling 25 is attached to one end of a spool 5 for winding the paper 4. A motor 25 connected via the flexible coupling 25 is positioned in the set winding position near a directly above part of a drum 3. A cylinder 29 for elevating is connected to the motor 26 and it can move the motor 26 in a displaced direction of the spool 5 by winding thickening of the paper 4. When winding of the paper 4 thickens in the winding position, the cylinder 29 for elevating is operated in accordance with a winding thickening amount, and the motor 26 and the spool 5 are displaced together.
