PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a reliable action and to accomplish cost reduction as for a camera constituted so that an incorporated photographic film is exposed with photographing light in response to a releasing operation. SOLUTION: The camera is provided with: a shutter 400 which is equipped with a shutter blade 410 and opens/closes the shutter blade 410 so as to perform a shutter action, a flashing device for freely emitting flash light in synchronism with the shutter action, a film driving mechanism for driving the exposed photographic film, a shutter charging mechanism 500 for accumulating elastic force by a shutter charging action and for making the shutter 400 to perform the shutter action in accordance with the elastic force releasing action, a motor 112 which is rotated in accordance with the releasing action; and a rotating cam 114 which is rotated by the rotary driving force of the motor 112 so that the shutter action is performed in accordance with the elastic force releasing action, the flash light is emitted, the film is driven, the shutter charging action is performed and the rotation of the motor 112 is stopped.
