PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite of an aluminum alloy and a resin and a production method thereof in which bonding strength between an aluminum alloy and a thermoplastic synthetic resin composition containing a polyamide resin as a main component is reinforced, and the composite of an aluminum alloy and a resin and a production method thereof which provide high productivity when bonding an aluminum alloy and a thermoplastic synthetic resin composition containing a polyamide resin as a main component. SOLUTION: The production method of a composite of an aluminum alloy and a resin is provided in which an aluminum alloy-type material is subjected to immersion treatment in an erosive aqueous solution to thereby form a surface covered by an ultrafine recess, or the aluminum alloy-type material is subjected to anodic oxidation to thereby form a metal oxide layer covered by an opening of an ultrafine pore, while the resin is prepared as a polyamide resin obtained by compounding an impact resistant modifier, or a mixture of an aliphatic polyamide and an aromatic polyamide, or a mixture of aromatic polyamides, and the aluminum alloy-type material is inserted into an injection mold, and a polyamide-type resin composition is injected on a surface of the aluminum alloy-type material to produce an integrated composite.
