PURPOSE: An apparatus for bending door hinge strip is provided to have a clamp which can stably clamp and eject a door hinge while maintaining a specific location and angle between the door hinge and the clamp. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for bending door hinge strip comprises a lower mold(10), an upper mold(20), a demolding pin(30) and one or more rising pins(40). The lower mold has a concave molding groove(11). The upper mold has a bent molding core(21) on a floor. The demolding pin supports the center part of the bent door hinge from the molding groove and discharges the center part from the molding groove. The rising pins are installed in the edge part of the molding groove. The raising pin is supported by a spring and transferred to the molding groove by elasticity of the spring. An interlocked rod(22) which can interfere with the upper mold is formed in the rising pin. |
