PURPOSE: A wood processing apparatus is provided to process woods in various forms and to minimize necessary accessories. CONSTITUTION: A wood processing apparatus comprises: a housing(101), a transfer unit(201), a base plate(301), an angle scale(113), and a dust collecting device(303). The housing is formed with an aluminum profile and a board. The both ends of housing members are coupled with a reinforcing plate(110). The transfer unit has an LM guide block and is driven along a LM guide rail. The base plate has a rotation shaft(307) and is coupled on the upper end of the housing. A guide frame(304) is coupled to the left and right of the base plate. The dust collecting device is detachably coupled at the lower end side of the base plate and moves in backward and forward directions.
