The housing (1) has an anti-panic faceplate (2) and a bolt body (5) mounted inside a box (3) so as to be able to axially slide a European type half-cylinder. The bolt body includes a bolt (54) and a spring (57) connected between a rear wall of the box and a rear wall of the bolt body. The spring moves the bolt body to an active position in which the bolt projects out of the box so that the half-cylinder is mounted in the housing through a recess, and a passive position in which the bolt is located inside the box.
