PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet which can be produced at a low cost and prevent the occurrence of a fault in an adhesive sheet when made a winding member, its winding member, and methods for producing them and to provide a laminated sheet which can be produced at a low cost and hold the smoothness of the surface of an adhesive layer, its winding member, and methods for producing them. SOLUTION: A laminate is manufactured by laminating a lengthy release sheet 2A, the adhesive layer 3A, and a substrate 4A. The substrate 4A and the adhesive layer 3A are cut (half-cut) not to penetrate the release sheet 2A, and the substrate 4A and the adhesive layer 3A are divided into a cover sheet part 51A, a pillow part 52A and a residual part 53A. After the residual part 53A is peeled/removed, the outside end part of the pillow part 52A is half-cut not to penetrate the release sheet 2A, and a protrusion part 6A is formed by the half-cutting.
