PURPOSE: A heat radiation film having a heat radiation effect and a decoration function and a mobile phone thereof are easily attached to a back side in the mobile phone as a sticker form, thereby supplying an excellent heat radiation effect. CONSTITUTION: A first adhesive layer(132) is formed on a lower unit in a graphite sheet. A release film(133) is formed on the lower unit in the first adhesive layer. A second adhesive layer(134) is formed on an upper unit in the graphite sheet. A polyethylene terephthalate(PET) film(135) is formed on the upper unit in second adhesive layer. A beaten silver printed layer(136) is formed on the upper unit in the PET film.
