<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery ticket management method and its system capable of efficiently managing, for a lottery ticket, a relation between its lottery number and a store. <P>SOLUTION: The lottery ticket management system comprises a selling agency system 10, a store system 20, and a network 1. Lottery number management tables 31a and 31b retain data for bidirectionally converting a lottery number to sign information (group sign, sign, package number). Management tables 32a and 32b for each store retain data representing a relation between a part of the sign information and a store of the lottery ticket. Based on the data of these tables, number conversion processing parts 30a and 30b generate packing number data 33a and 33b indicating which lottery number ticket is to be sent to which store.
