PURPOSE: A membrane bioreact apparatus capable of advanced treatment effective for a load change is provided to easily control a dissolved oxygen concentration in a submerged membrane bioreactor corresponding to a load change by only operating a vertical location of a height adjusting cask that moves up and down. CONSTITUTION: A membrane bioreact apparatus capable of advanced treatment effective for a load change includes a membrane filter(20) and an air washing apparatus(30). The membrane filter and the air washing apparatus are installed in a submerged membrane bioreactor(10). A stationary sidewall(40), a height adjusting cask, and a height adjusting controller(70) are installed outside of the membrane filter. The dissolved oxygen concentration is controlled to correspond to a load change by changing an amount of dissolved oxygen supply depending on a location of the height adjusting cask, thereby improving an advanced treatment efficiency.
