PURPOSE: A transformer and a display device with the same are provided to prevent each coil from being irregularly wound as each coil is regularly placed in divided spaces. CONSTITUTION: A bobbin comprises a plurality of divided spaces. One or more first inner coils(51) are firstly wound over the bobbin. The first inner coils are regularly wound over the divided spaces. One or more second coils(52) are laminated in the first coils, and wound over the first coils. One or more first outer coils are laminated outside the second coils.
