PURPOSE: A converter circuit and an operating method thereof are provided to efficiently remove an influence of a noise by sampling a conversion target signal having the noise several times and averaging the sampled signal. CONSTITUTION: Detection units(140,150) receive a conversion target signal from an input unit(110) of each section. The detection units perform the sampling of the conversion target signal according to plural timings. The detection units calculate a section average value of the sampled signal. The detection units output an input signal for a comparison unit by using the section average value. The comparison unit(160) outputs a comparison result value of the input signal and a predetermined reference signal. |
