<p>PURPOSE: A Multiplex-PCR test kit of a chromosome 18 loci is provided to develop domestic A-STR gene typing kit which is suitable for analysis. CONSTITUTION: A gene typing kit for determining genotype of 9947A cell line provides 18 A-STR markers. A method for determining genotype of 9947A cell line comprises: a step of preparing non dye-primer and performing single PCR of randomly selected 500 Korean people by each marker using GeneAmp 9700(Applied Biosystems); a step of mixing the PCR products with 2X loading dye; a step of performing electrophoresis on EtBr-containing 2-2.5% agarose gel and confirming amplification.</p> |
