PURPOSE: A suppressor is provided to form discharge material by adding high insulating property by reacting ZnO on an SiC particle. CONSTITUTION: A suppressor includes discharge material(15) arranged between a first internal electrode and a second electrode(13). The discharge material is formed in SiC-ZnO group component. The first internal electrode and the second internal electrode are arranged to be partly overlapped. The discharge material is arranged between the first internal electrode and the second internal electrode. The first internal electrode and the second internal electrode are arranged to be separated. One end of the first internal electrode is connected to the first external electrode(17).
