The present invention relates to a career guide system and a career guide method thereof. A career guide system according to the present invention includes: a display part; a storage part for storing investigation data to investigate a target type; a communication part for performing communication with an expert per item or another user to investigate whether a user reaches the target type; and a control part which displays the investigation data on the display part, and assigns the target type and an assignment per item to satisfy the target type to the user by performing investigation by receiving response data for the investigation data from the user, and performs the investigation by receiving the response data again according to a predetermined time interval, and transmits the investigation result to the expert per item through the communication part, and displays at least one of counsel data of the expert per item about the response data and the execution result of the assignment per item. By this, the career guide system can perform career coaching easily, and can check a target type by performing an aptitude test periodically, and can suggest a learning content to reach the target type. The career guide system also can perform individual diagnosis by an expert, instead of a batch processing by a computer, and can perform career coaching for not only a person but also a group. The career guide system also can perform objective evaluation by excluding subjective evaluation for a person.
