Provided is an acoustic generator which has a high sound pressure at ultrahigh frequencies and which can suppress occurrence of large peak dips. An acoustic generator includes a film (3), a frame member (5) disposed on an outer peripheral edge of the film (3), a piezoelectric element (1) disposed on the film (3) and inside the frame member (5), and a resin layer (20) filled inside the frame member (5) so as to cover the piezoelectric element (1). |
