PURPOSE: A connecting cover for minimizing vibration noise created by a wiring harness connector is provided to minimize noise from a vehicle by reducing vibration and noise created by the vibration by using damping action of the connecting cover. CONSTITUTION: A first end unit(30a) is inserted into an outer circumference surface of a wiring harness(10). A second end unit(30b) is inserted into an end unit of a connector(20) connected by the wiring harness. A connecting cover(30) covers a connecting part between the wiring harness and the connector. The connecting cover is created by combining flexible resin materials and conductive materials. The connecting cover simultaneously executes a vibration and noise reduction function and an electromagnetic wave shield function.
