PURPOSE: A precipitation measurement device is provided to extend endurance period of the device by reducing susceptibility. CONSTITUTION: A precipitation measurement device comprises a flux measurement part(60), a rotary flow supply part(40), a heating part(25), a light sensing part(20) and a transfer globe(10). The transfer outlet has a water collecting basin(11) in a shape of funnel at the lower part of the cylindrical body(13) and drainpipe(12). The light sensing part is installed at the inner wall of the cylindrical body to sense Snow coverage inside the transfer globe. The heating part is installed on the bottom surface of the water collecting basin and wall of drainpipe. The heating part is operated by being applied with the snow coverage signals of the light sensing part.
